We are beyond grateful for Air Excellence! After a big storm our AC was damaged. We filed a claim and started getting quotes. Due to a shortage, units and parts were almost impossible to find. Mike, Amy, and Alex put it the extra time and effort to find us a unit (when it seemed impossible). We were out of AC for 26 days while we waited for insurance adjusters and decisions. with two children and three dogs, It was not easy in July. But during this time Air Excellence was pro-active in keeping us informed with options. This company truly cared and made us a priority. Amy and Mike are such genuine people and went above and beyond to find us a unit. Alex was so easy to work with and get a hold of for questions and updates. Mark and Nick did a great job installing the unit and were extremely nice. We are so grateful for you all and helping our family in this time of need. We highly recommend Air Excellence!
