I was pleasantly surprised when I first entered PMR for the first time this year.  I went in on a whim to see what the store was all about and partially looking for an engagement ring. I was introduced to Robert immediately and we had a honest and in-depth discussion about the diamond industry and what to expect from other jewelers. He showed me multiple options and possibilities that were within my price range and then told me I shop around at other stores. So I did, and it turned out that everything he said was true, and the prices were higher everywhere else as well. After going to 5 different jewelers and searching online I came back to Robert and PMR, told him exactly what I wanted and 3 weeks later I had it! The ring is beautiful and now I just have to find out a way to propose to my girlfriend. I would recommend PMR to anyone, they are honest and give you honest feedback which is too often hard to find.
