The tech that came out to out house today was Chris Williamson.  He was on time, called to verify his appointment, introduced himself and gave me his business card. He is very pleasant to deal with, listens closely to your concerns and answers questions fully, and will give positive feedback . He knows what he is doing when working A/C and does a very efficient job. He represents the company he works for very well.  I appreciated his time and effort in his visit today.
